Job summary

Pilgrim’s Production Supervisor oversees daily poultry production on the plant floor, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency targets are met while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

You will organize manpower, manage schedules, train team members, monitor equipment and workflows, provide feedback, and collaborate with other departments to identify cost savings and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience leading 20+ employees preferred; poultry/food industry experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to multitask; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules for efficiency.
• Oversee performance and provide constructive feedback to staff.
