Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, a leading private label foods and beverages manufacturer, is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Green Bay, WI facility. You will oversee the production floor, lead a team of operators and technicians, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in production with supervisory experience, familiarity with SAP, and strong leadership and communication skills. The role is onsite on 2nd shift with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a manufacturing degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years in production or food manufacturing with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with SAP and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production workers and meet daily targets.
• Coordinate workflows and ensure equipment readiness.
• Uphold safety and quality standards on the production floor.
• Train and develop staff and document performance.
• Maintain records and generate production reports.
