Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in manufacturing with familiarity of GMPs and SOPs.
• Ability to supervise, train, and take disciplinary actions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production activities to meet product specifications.
• Confer with management to establish production standards, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure employees follow customer specifications, GMPs, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Discipline employees not following procedures.
• Maintain production communications across departments for efficient output.
• Oversee training of new hires and line setup/breakdown.
• Address equipment issues by revising production schedules and priorities.
