Job summary

Jabil is seeking a capable production professional to oversee manufacturing processes on the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, onsite in Colorado. You will support the Supervisor in setting production priorities, monitor metrics, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key duties include coordinating with procurement, maintenance, and quality control, reducing waste, tracking line performance, and maintaining clean work areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years experience in production or logistics.
• Strong analytical and cost-control capabilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Confer with management to set production and quality standards.
• Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance and QA.
• Review reports to identify nonconformities and resolve issues.
• Monitor metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Maintain organized, clean workstations and proper stocking of supplies.
