Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift on weekends at the Byhalia, MS facility. Lead a large team to meet production schedules and uphold quality standards with strong people leadership and operational oversight.

You will drive continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and customer satisfaction, while aligning with safety and environmental regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire technical assemblers.
• Coach team members on interviewing and hiring practices.
• Monitor turnover and implement retention improvements.
• Identify strengths and development needs; create and validate training curriculum.
• Establish clear performance goals aligned to metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee maintenance program, plan and coordinate technical staff activities.
• Develop and maintain department reports and records.
• Lead line moves and production builds; schedule equipment vendors.
