Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit, hire and develop supervisors and team leads.
• Strong coaching, communication, and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates the operations of production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments.
• Recruit, interview and hire Manufacturing Supervisors and Group Leads.
• Coach and mentor supervisory staff to deliver excellence to customers.
• Establish measurable goals and monitor operational metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage cost and safety compliance.
