ONWARD SEARCH partners with a Milwaukee-area manufacturing client to recruit a Second Shift Production Supervisor. The role is on-site and budgeted as temporary to permanent, focusing on leading hourly staff and achieving production goals.

The ideal candidate has five years of manufacturing leadership, strong Lean knowledge (5S/Kaizen), excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office. This position offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to supervise hourly production employees and manage operational KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S and Kaizen.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities
