Job summary

Anduril Industries in McHenry, MS is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Manager to lead the solid rocket motor operations, ensure safety, and coordinate handovers with the day shift while collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and EH&S. You will develop leaders and uphold a culture of ownership and excellence in a high-risk environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, ability to manage inert and energetic work, and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Familiar with DoD 4145 and AS9100.
• Mechanical aptitude with hand-tools and adhesives.
• Proficient in MS Office and quick to adopt new software.
• Experience turning data into executive-ready presentations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to tackle challenging problems and take ownership.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (stairs, lifting 40 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Manage Production Supervisors, Leads, and Technicians
• Develop your subordinates and facilitate career growth
• Promote a culture of ownership, personal accountability, and safety
• Oversee the scheduling and execution of inert and energetic work
• Perform periodic Safety evaluations
• Lead and/or contribute to Root Cause and Corrective Action Analyses
• Partner with other work groups on projects
• Be responsible for KPI compilation and reporting to senior leadership
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
