Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Manager for its solid rocket motor division in McHenry, MS. You will ensure safety and operational excellence for the 2nd shift, coordinate with day shift managers, and drive collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and EH&S to meet scheduled work.

The role requires the ability to issue a Stop Work when needed, develop leaders, and maintain a high standard of performance in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in manufacturing leadership or related high-risk environments.
• Familiarity with DoD 4145 and AS9100 is preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
• Capable of leading and developing subordinate leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage Production Supervisors, Leads, and Technicians.
• Develop subordinates and facilitate career growth.
• Promote ownership, accountability, and safety culture.
• Oversee scheduling and execution of inert and energetic work.
• Perform periodic Safety evaluations.
• Lead Root Cause and Corrective Actions analyses.
• Partner with cross-functional groups on projects.
• Compile KPIs and report to senior leadership.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
