Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a 2nd Shift Production Manager to support its solid rocket motor business in McHenry, MS. You will oversee production supervisors, leads, and technicians, ensuring safe, compliant execution of inert and energetic work.

You will develop subordinate leaders, enforce policies, conduct root-cause analyses, and partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and EH&S to drive efficient results.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Familiarity with DoD 4145 and AS9100.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand-tools.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
• Experience turning data into polished executive presentations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced organization with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to handle physical tasks including stairs and lifting.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

• Manage Production Supervisors, Leads, and Technicians.
• Develop subordinates and facilitate career growth.

• Oversee scheduling and execution of inert and energetic work.
• Perform periodic safety evaluations.
• Lead root cause and corrective action analyses.
• Collaborate with other work groups on projects.
• Compile KPI data and report to senior leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
