Qualifications

• 6+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Familiar with DoD 4145 and AS9100 standards.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand-tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new software
• Experience turning data into polished executive-level presentations
• Able to work in a fast-paced organization with minimal oversight
• Strong ownership mentality and problem-solving attitude
• Physically capable of frequent climbs, bending and lifting up to 40 lbs
• Eligible for a US Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage Production Supervisors, Leads, and Technicians.
• Develop subordinates and facilitate career growth.
• Promote ownership, accountability, and safety cultures.
• Oversee scheduling and execution of inert and energetic work.
• Perform periodic Safety evaluations.
• Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action analyses.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and EH&S.
• Compile KPIs and report to senior leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
