Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Walpole, MA is seeking a Production Manager, Reagent Filling & Packaging, to lead manufacturing operations ensuring safe, efficient production of medical device reagents and meeting quality, delivery, and cost goals.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will develop high-performing teams, apply Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and standardized work, and ensure regulatory compliance with FDA/ISO/GMP. This second shift role offers exposure to cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of manufacturing leadership in regulated environments.
• Experience leading a production team.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality systems.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily reagent filling or packaging operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Develop and coach production operators to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence via Lean Manufacturing, 5S, standardized work, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, GMP, EHS, and company quality systems.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, R&D, Maintenance, and Warehouse to execute plans.
• Manage department resources, capacity, and improvement projects to support growth.
