Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in the United States is seeking an entry-level Production Operator to support reagent filling and packaging in a medical manufacturing environment. You will operate and troubleshoot production machines, set up and break down lines, and contribute to quality with a team-focused approach on 2nd shift.

This is an entry-level role where you will operate and troubleshoot production machines while earning competitive pay on 2nd shift.

About the Role

2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with an additional 10% shift differential. As a Production Operator, you’ll help create medical diagnostic products by running reagent filling and packaging machines, including capping and labeling. You’ll set up and break down production lines, ensure quality in every batch, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The base pay range for this position is: $41,100 - $56,518. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
