Siemens Healthineers in the United States is seeking an entry-level Production Operator to support reagent filling and packaging in a medical manufacturing environment. You will operate and troubleshoot production machines, set up and break down lines, and contribute to quality with a team-focused approach on 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Operate power equipment safely (including power jacks).
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges.
• Must pass a DEA background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with filling, capping, labeling, and packaging machines (equipment includes: fillers, cappers, labelers, and automated packaging machinery).
• Assist with line setup and breakdown.
• Follow instructions to meet strict quality standards.
• Learn to identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
