Job summary

Siemens Healthineers, Walpole, MA, is seeking a Production Manager for Reagent Filling & Packaging to lead daily operations ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production of medical device reagents. The role emphasizes coaching teams, driving continuous improvement, and achieving quality, delivery, and cost objectives within a regulated environment.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and R&D to execute

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production team in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO, GMP, and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily reagent filling or packaging operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Develop and coach production operators, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Standardized Work, and performance management practices.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, GMP, EHS, and company quality system requirements.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, R&D, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to execute production plans and resolve operational challenges.
• Manage department resources, capacity, and continuous improvement projects to support business growth and customer demand.
