Siemens Healthineers invites applications for an entry-level Production Operator role on the 2nd shift. You will run reagent filling and packaging machines, including capping and labeling, set up and break down production lines, and help ensure quality in every batch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt.
• Able to pass a DEA background check.
• Safety-conscious with ability to operate power equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with filling, capping, labeling, and packaging machines.
• Assist with line setup and breakdown according to instructions.
• Meet strict quality standards and document results.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
