Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Walpole, MA is seeking a Production Manager, Reagent Filling & Packaging to lead daily manufacturing operations ensuring safe, compliant production of medical device reagents while achieving quality, delivery and cost objectives.

You will develop high-performing teams, drive continuous improvement, and work cross-functionally to execute production plans and resolve operational challenges. This role reports to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production team in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and quality systems.
• Demonstrated Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Standardized Work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily reagent filling or packaging operations to meet safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets.
• Develop and coach production operators, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Standardized Work and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, GMP, EHS and company quality system requirements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, R&D, Maintenance and Warehouse to execute production plans.
• Manage department resources, capacity and continuous improvement projects to support business growth.
