Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of production-management experience, preferably in food packaging or similar.
• Experience leading shifts and managing a production team.
• Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, BRC, and food-safety standards.
• English and Spanish language skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and optimize production activities, staffing, equipment, and materials to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, productivity, and cost standards.
• Oversee daily operations and monitor production performance to meet targets.
• Lead and supervise production teams and promote a safe, collaborative environment.
• Coordinate with multiple departments for continuity and continuous improvement.
• Drive KPIs, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support maintenance and cross-functional collaboration to improve performance.
