Job summary

MSI Express, Inc is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in Batavia, IL. You will guide production associates, ensure safety, maintain quality, and manage performance to meet customer expectations.

Key duties include enforcing policies, optimizing productivity, and developing teams. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership and strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 2+ years of related production experience.
• Food manufacturing background and customer interaction are a plus.
• Experience in hourly supervision and safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to plant production associates in safety, machine operation, sanitation, quality and maintenance.
• Meet productivity metrics such as crew size and operational efficiency to optimize profitability.
• Align with customer expectations for accuracy, quality and timeliness.
• Train and enforce company policies; communicate expectations to hourly personnel.
• Develop budgets, goals and standards; build a strong, respectful team.
