Job summary

This role requires at least 5 years of experience in Quality, knowledge of statistical process control, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Full-time compensation is between $70,000 and $78,000 annually and includes comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality with exposure to all major functional areas of Quality and Food Safety.
• Understanding of regulatory guidelines related to food safety and quality.
• Salaried and hourly management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and training in quality and food safety.
• Establish and review HACCP programs and conduct audits.
• Monitor plant performance and develop action plans for improvement.
