Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of manufacturing or operations experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, GMP, HACCP and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, productivity and service targets.
• Manage staffing, equipment usage, and production schedules.
• Monitor performance and address issues; support startup and changeover activities.
• Develop hourly associates; coach, evaluate performance and promote engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain proper production documentation.
