Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor for an in-person full-time role in Batavia, IL. You will direct the quality department to ensure safety, wholesome products, and high customer satisfaction, while developing procedures and leading audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field required or desirable.
• Experience in quality with food safety focus preferred.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and quality systems (SQF) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the quality department in safety, service, performance, quality, and leadership.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation to assure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct audits, monitor plant performance, and implement corrective actions.
