MSI Express, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production, monitor yields, and implement adjustments ensuring safety and USDA health standards are met throughout the process.

You will guide hourly associates in safety, service, performance, and quality while maintaining strong customer relationships and plant assets. Leadership and continuous improvement are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 2+ years in production; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred; supervisory skills.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem solving, planning and communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and direction to the plant production associates in areas of safety, machine operation, sanitation, quality, customer service, and maintenance.
• Adhere to productivity metrics to optimize profitability.
• Maintain understanding of customer expectations for accuracy, quality, and timeliness and meet/exceed them.
• Train and enforce company policies.
• Communicate company philosophy, policies, and expectations clearly to hourly personnel.
• Contribute to plant budgeting, goals, and standards.
• Develop production team members through performance management processes and tools.
• Monitor production performance and implement actions for improvements.
• Create a positive working environment that supports continuous improvement and treats everyone with respect.
• Oversee Food Safety and Quality within influence and report issues promptly.
