Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Quality Control Lead to oversee a local QC lab and guide the team on the second shift in Grand Prairie, TX. You will ensure compliance with quality standards, ISO requirements and safety practices while driving continuous improvement across production processes.

Responsibilities include maintaining QC data, preparing reports on quality metrics, coordinating with operations, and providing technical leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience working in a lab environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field or QC certifications.
• Strong knowledge of cementitious chemistry, epoxy, latex or related LATICRETE products.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC team in local lab and ensure adherence to GLP/Lab practices.
• Perform data analysis and report quality metrics to Sr. QC Manager.
• Provide technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration; travel as needed.
