Qualifications
- Two years of supervisory or management experience with strong leadership.
- Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal communication.
- Integrity and drive to excel in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with safety and chemical safety basics.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train and motivate production employees on day shift.
- Monitor safety policies and ensure compliance.
- Schedule manpower, machines and equipment to maximize utilization.
- Define production standards and monitor performance.
- Ensure quality checks and timely reporting.
- Support continuous productivity improvements.
- Prepare time sheets and downtime reports.
