Valmont Industries in Claremore, OK is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Crew Lead for the Global Coatings Division. You will supervise daily maintenance activities, diagnose equipment issues, and oversee repairs on hoists, pumps, conveyors, and related machinery to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years in general maintenance with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and plumbing skills, and safety-focused communication with coworkers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years in general maintenance with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and plumbing skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains machinery and equipment such as hoist motors, pumps, belts, fans, conveyors, etc.
• Examines mechanical equipment to diagnose trouble from blueprints or sketches.
• Disassembles machines and repairs/replaces broken parts.
• Maintains forklifts and supports production fixtures and racks.
• Follows safety procedures and keeps area clean.
