Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-6 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read drawings and use measurements.
• Knowledge of CNC equipment and finishing/assembly processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises activities and personnel in manufacturing to meet schedules and quality.
• Interprets and enforces company policies, safety rules and labor contracts.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives and maintains morale.
