Responsibilities

• Interprets, applies and enforces company policies, programs, rules and safety rules.
• Achieves safety, quality and productivity goals at department, plant and corporate levels.
• Leads production employees in continuous improvement activities.
• Develops, directs and trains manufacturing personnel to properly use equipment and tools.
• Directs personnel to meet product quality and customer requirements.
• Communicates with employees regularly and participates in training and safety programs.
