Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Ferdinand, IN seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations on 1st shift. You will lead teams, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and drive continuous improvement.

You will implement standard work, train staff, and resolve issues to meet plant goals. The role requires 2–3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing, and a BS or AS degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities and personnel in manufacturing within their department and shift.
• Create, maintain, and audit Standard Work.
• Interpret, apply, and enforce all policies, programs, rules, and safety regulations.
• Achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals for the plant.
• Promote clean, safe work areas by checking for hazards.
• Lead production employees in continuous improvement activities.
• Develop, direct, and train manufacturing personnel on equipment and tools.
