Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Howard Lake, MN is seeking a Production Supervisor (Finish) to lead daily finishing operations, including staining, painting and curing, while ensuring safety and quality. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Previous leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead finishing department operations to meet production schedules.
• Coach and develop finishing associates; manage attendance and performance.
• Monitor sanding, staining, painting, glazing, curing, inspection and touch-up to ensure quality.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and PPE adherence.
