Job summary

Cadillacuniform is seeking a Second Shift Supervisor in Bayamón, Puerto Rico to oversee production staff and operations. You will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing the loading and unloading operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment and excellent leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising staff in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics.
• Ability to lead work teams and make decisions under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and report preparation.

Responsibilities
