Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading teams and managing operational performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure schedules, quality standards, and targets are met.
• Lead and develop production personnel through coaching, training, and feedback to build a high-performing team.
• Monitor production processes, equipment utilization, material flow, and staffing to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational, quality, and material issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing, process optimization, waste reduction, and productivity gains.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Analyze performance metrics and data to identify improvement opportunities and support business objectives.
