The role emphasizes training, coaching, and maintaining strong standards, with a focus on Lean and ISO familiarity to support continuous improvements and career growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, carpentry, woodworking, or related field.
• Experience leading, training, or supervising employees in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, measurements, drawings, or technical docs.
• Verbal skills in English and Spanish are required.
• Lean manufacturing and ISO 9001/14001 familiarity preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee second-shift production operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards for finished products.
• Lead, coach, train, and support production staff with safety protocols.
• Manage employee attendance, scheduling, and timekeeping.
• Inspect products for quality and compliance with specs.
• Promote safe work practices and PPE usage.
• Train team members on machinery and safe operating procedures.
• Coordinate with operations and purchasing to maintain inventory levels.
• Identify and resolve production challenges to improve workflow and reduce waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safety-focused work environment.
• Support safety and environmental policies.
