Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of manufacturing experience, particularly in CNC operations, alongside strong leadership skills and familiarity with SAP and lean methodologies. A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with strong knowledge of quality control and inspection.
• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership in a CNC production environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment through frequent inspections and training.
• Supervise production associates to achieve safety, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Optimize material utilization and production flow through lean solutions.
