Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related technical certification preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with process technology or production equipment.
• Ability to read technical documents, process flow diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues by analyzing equipment performance and process data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production workflows.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and report deviations or incidents in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support routine maintenance activities and assist in the installation and validation of new equipment or process changes.
