AGS Company Automotive Solutions seeks a Process & Equipment Technician (2nd shift) to support production by troubleshooting equipment, performing adjustments, and helping optimize processes for quality and safety. You will collaborate with operators, shift leads, and maintenance to identify issues, reduce downtime, and implement corrective actions while upholding 5S practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, equipment operation, production processes, or industrial troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with production equipment setup and adjustments required.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production equipment to identify and resolve mechanical or operational issues.
• Perform machine adjustments, calibrations, and minor repairs to maintain equipment performance.
• Support equipment setup, changeovers, and startup procedures.
• Identify recurring equipment concerns and communicate them to maintenance leadership.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S standards.
