Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering job spec sheets, schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
• Knowledge and use of tools such as tape measure, screwdriver, and battery-powered tools.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology and maintaining PPE.
• Ability to operate cranes or lifting devices as needed.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Strong basic math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble machinery and fabricated items per directions.
• Read blueprints or schematics and build to specifications.
• Use machines and hand tools to complete tasks.
• Maintain logs and reports on production, maintenance, and quality.
• Perform basic repairs and upkeep of equipment and conveyors.
• Overtime is required.
