Job summary

Guerbet in the United States (Raleigh, NC) is seeking a Process Maintenance Technician on the 2nd shift to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on GMP-regulated production equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues, support setup and changeovers, and document activities in the CMMS to ensure compliance and uptime.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of pharmaceutical maintenance experience; AS degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3–5 years of GMP-regulated maintenance experience.
• AS degree preferred; strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems; basic electrical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues to restore equipment functionality.
• Support setup, changeovers, and equipment startups to ensure smooth production.
• Document all maintenance activities in CMMS per GMP/ALCOA.
• Participate in continuous improvement and training as needed.
