Job summary

QXO is seeking an Assembly Table Assistant (Second Shift) to support production operations by assembling materials according to work orders and specs. The role requires dependability, attention to detail, and comfort with a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include repetitive assembly, following supervisor directions, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while meeting production goals. Prior manufacturing experience is beneficial and willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 110 lbs.
• Willingness to work extended hours based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble materials and components per work orders and specs.
• Follow directions from supervisors to support production processes.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand tools.
• Position and secure materials to spec.
• Operate basic machinery or equipment as trained.
• Inspect outputs to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Support teammates to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
