Job summary

Clarios, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor at our St. Joseph, Missouri assembly plant. You will oversee production operations to meet output goals, enforce safety standards, and engage employees while reporting to the Plant Manager.

You will lead a team of production personnel, coordinate daily activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including monitoring KPIs such as productivity and scrap rates. This on-site role requires flexibility for shifts and overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work any assigned shift and required overtime.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
