Job summary

InfoSend Inc. in Downers Grove, IL is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the second shift to lead on-site Print, Mail, Bindery, Quality Control, and Warehouse operations.

You will schedule production, supervise staff, and coordinate daily activities with management to meet deadlines and maintain safety and quality standards. A high school diploma and 2–3 years in a mail/print environment are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in a mail print environment.
• Ability to balance safety, quality, productivity, cost.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30–35 lbs.
• Pass drug screen, E-Verify, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Print, Mail, Manual Fulfillment, and Warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Schedule production to meet deadlines, maximize uptime and productivity, and enforce quality and safety standards.
• Manage postal activities, including metering and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, coach, and schedule staff, and coordinate training and development programs.
• Escalate equipment, material, and workflow issues and lead team meetings.
• Manage equipment installations and project timelines; oversee inventory of envelopes, inserts, and supplies.
• Perform job sign-offs with accuracy and report performance trends to Operations Director.
• Collaborate with other departments and vendors to support operations.
