Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in supply chain, distribution, logistics or related field.
• Experience supporting warehouse operations and manufacturing processes.
• Experience documenting business requirements and user stories.
• Experience testing, troubleshooting and system implementations.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage tickets and provide end-user support for specified systems, especially second shift.
• Collaborate with warehouse, distribution, manufacturing and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Document business requirements, flows, procedures and user stories for enhancements.
• Define test strategies, write scripts, and support UAT and validation.
• Support SAP, Manhattan and related tech, coordinate with IT and vendors.
• Create and maintain process docs, work instructions and user communications.
