Job summary

Boston Scientific Puerto Rico is seeking a Supervisor, Production (2nd shift) to lead a team of entry-level and nonexempt staff, driving quality and productivity in a regulated medical-device manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include staffing planning, coaching direct reports, daily operations oversight, customer interactions and policy compliance. The role requires English and Spanish fluency and 2 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related supervision/manufacturing experience.
• Experience in Medical Device / regulated manufacturing environments (preferred).
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership to a group focused on quality and productivity.
• Develop staffing plans and coordinate with HR.
• Monitor daily operations and direct nonexempt staff.
• Interact with internal and external customers and explain procedures.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO and company policies.
• Create work schedules and manage personnel records.
• Perform staff or professional tasks as needed.
