Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 4+ years in supply chain, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, quality, or IT.
• Experience documenting requirements, process flows or user stories.
• Experience supporting testing, troubleshooting or system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ticket triage contact and provide end-user support for assigned systems.
• Collaborate with warehouse, distribution and quality teams to analyze processes and resolve issues.
• Gather, document and maintain business requirements and test materials for system changes.
• Define test strategies, scripts and coordinate user acceptance testing and defect resolution.
• Support SAP, Manhattan and related technologies with IT and vendors to implement solutions.
• Develop process documentation and end-user communications to support adoption.
