Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Manufacturing Support Co-ordinator to help meet daily production schedules and quality goals. You will guide operators, coordinate documentation, and assist in performance appraisals while liaising with engineering and management.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and developing the team, ensuring procedures are followed and that personnel are aligned with quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with a high school diploma/degree/equivalent.
• Experience coordinating daily manufacturing activities and guiding teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily work direction for manufacturing personnel.
• Assist the supervisor in supporting and developing action plans to achieve the departmental goals.
• Coach, train, motivate and enhance morale and self-esteem of manufacturing personnel.
• Disposition and rework of discrepant product/material per procedures.
• Ensure personnel follow procedures and maintain traceability/documentation systems.
• Provide feedback for performance appraisals and coaching.
• Train new manufacturing personnel joining the team.
• Act as liaison for manufacturing and support groups (engineering, technicians, production control, management).
• When supervisor is absent, may temporarily act as supervisor.
