Oatey, located in Omaha, NE, seeks a production associate to make batch mixes daily, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met. You will handle mixing, use required PPE, and follow standard procedures while documenting outcomes.

The role emphasizes Lean/6S discipline, teamwork, and reliable execution of tasks across shifts, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred with advanced mathematics and/or science background.
• Respirator fit test and respirator questionnaire required upon hire and annually.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Compounding, quality or science education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes mixing tasks on a rotational basis as assigned by the supervisor/team leader of the department.
• Follow all company safety procedures in completion of job duties and wear required PPE.
• Participate in 6S events and sustain 6S standards.
• Maintain mixes for all lines and complete required documentation and production records.
• Establish effective working relationships with co-workers and provide backup for production line positions.
