Job summary

Oatey Omaha is seeking a production/operations professional to maintain a smooth flow of manufacturing lines, ensuring safety, quality and productivity. You will support continuous improvement using LEAN practices and work across shifts to meet daily goals.

You will train associates, perform data entry, monitor line speeds, and manage materials and inventory. A High School diploma and basic math and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and follow procedures and work orders.
• Basic math, accurate data entry, and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth flow of operations and organize resources to meet goals.
• Assist with start-up, line changes, and downtime clean-up.
• Perform material handling and inventory replenishment for schedules.
• Audit areas for SOP compliance, documentation, and product conformance.
• Train new/temporary associates on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Participate in LEAN activities and continuous improvement meetings.
