Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for the second shift to lead a team of hourly technicians on the Sikorsky line. You will safeguard safety, control costs, and drive on-time production while sustaining quality and continuous improvement.

Expect to manage overtime, timekeeping in SAP, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet program goals. Strong leadership, union experience, and adherence to policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, autonomous, organized and detail oriented under pressure.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with a union and/or collective bargaining agreement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of hourly technicians while ensuring safety, quality and cost targets.
• Review COPQ and discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Manage and approve timekeeping in SAP.
• Coordinate shift turnovers and communicate with the Production team.
• Participate in business meetings and ensure adherence to policies.
• Prepare work schedules and manage overtime and leave in SAP.
• Support continuous improvement and EH&S requirements; uphold ethics.
• Oversee direct and indirect budget management.
