Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to effectively use SAP/Apriso for production applications.
• Ability to lead independently and make timely decisions.
• Capable of assigning work to non-unionized hourly workforce and holding employees accountable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to partner across Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to remove barriers.
• Comfortable using digital tools (SAP, Apriso, MS Office, reporting systems).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team: Own daily factory execution across safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Set direction and accountability: Provide clear guidance, monitor workflow, and ensure operators know expectations and goals.
• Run the rhythm: Drive daily huddles, PMTs, and performance metrics to keep the team aligned.
• Develop people: Coach, mentor, and hold your team accountable while building engagement.
• Solve problems in real time: Partner with Quality, Engineering, Production Planning, and other functions to remove barriers.
