Qualifications

• BS or AS in technical or business field preferred.
• Minimum 3–6 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong math, measurements, and reading drawings.
• Knowledge of CNC equipment and cabinet finishing/assembly.

Responsibilities

• Supervises activities and personnel in manufacturing.
• Interprets, applies, and enforces all company policies, programs, rules, regulations, labor contracts, and safety rules.
• Achieves departmental, plant, and corporate goals for safety, quality and productivity.
• Leads production employees in continuous improvement activities.
• Maintains employee morale by portraying a positive image of the company.
• Directs manufacturing personnel to maintain product quality and meet customers’ requirements.
• Communicates with employees on a regular basis.
• Participates in training and safety programs to enhance effectiveness.
